The focus of the department Frontoffice and Helpdesk (IT-FH) is supporting IT users at the HZB. The Helpdesk as First Level Support is the central organ for usersupport in the main department IT, operated by IT-FH. Furthermore, IT-FH provides a variety of devices belonging to different device classes for endusers and manages the centrally acquired licenses of the HZB.
- Collaboration in the central user help desk (first and second level support)
- Installation and configuration of Windows and Linux systems as well as diverse application software
- Performing of smal-sized hardware works
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Self-assured, friendly and service oriented attitude and action
- Group ability and working independently
- Good knowledge of German and English
What we offerFixed term contract for 12 months in part-time with mind. 13,80 Arbeitsstunden/Woche hours a week. The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the German Public Service (TVöD-Bund).
