Proposal Application and Contract Management (f/m/d)

As the Technology Transfer and Innovation department, we are the link between transfer activities and research results obtained at HZB. We work as a one-stop shop and advise both our scientists and our cooperation partners from science and industry on all matters relating to the acquisition of third-party funding and technology transfer. Our main goal and our passion is to successfully conclude external partnerships and to create a meaningful cooperation between all parties. As a team, we love to work service- and application-oriented and to focus on what really matters.

If so, you've come to the right place:
The proposal and contract management position has been newly created to cope with the increasing number of external funding proposals and industry collaborations at our center. Efficient processing of the increasing number of contracts related to these activities is a challenge that we want to tackle together with you as our new employee for proposal and contract management.

This position is initially limited to two years, with the option of permanent employment.

We offer a full-time position according to German public service conditions TVöD E9 b through E11 depending on the level of skills, experience and responsibility candidates bring in.

Fixed term contract for 24 months. The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the German Public Service (TVöD-Bund).
